At Crafttastic Finds™, each item is thoughtfully handcrafted and often made to order. Because of the personalized nature of our products, please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.
Custom & Personalized Items
All custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. This includes items with names, dates, logos, QR codes, custom colors, or any design approved at checkout.
Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
Non-Custom Items
If an item is not customized and arrives unused and in its original condition, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
Damaged or Defective Items
Your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue and packaging
We will gladly repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.
Incorrect Information Provided
Crafttastic Finds™ is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect personalization details submitted at checkout. Please review all spelling, dates, and details carefully before completing your purchase.
Natural Material Disclaimer
Due to the nature of wood and handmade materials, variations in grain, engraving depth, and color are normal and part of the character of each piece. These variations are not considered defects.
