Because many items are made to order, processing times vary by product.

• Bulk or highly customized orders may require additional time

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Shipping Methods

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping method and cost are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary based on carrier and destination. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak shipping seasons.

Craftastic Finds™ is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Craftastic Finds™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

International Shipping 

At this time, Craftastic Finds™ does not offer international shipping. Any customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
